Residential field in Kouklia community, in Paphos District. It is situated at a distance of approximately 1,1 km northeast from Kouklia Police Station and approximately 75 m north from the main road Kouklia – Archimandrita.

The field has an irregular shape, a level surface and abuts onto a registered dirt road along its western boundary with a frontage of approximately 130 m.

It has to be noted that there is a high voltage pylon on its southern boundary and high voltage cables passing through the field.

The field has acquired a right of way towards the public road and it offers a nice view to the sea. It is considered as a good choice for land developers.
